Date: Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 3.00 pm Central

We have been hearing a lot about health practices that include mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and a variety of practices to improve our self-awareness, self-restraint, and management of difficult emotions and realities of life. Dr. Thapa has been teaching mindfulness to students over the years and discovered they benefit from an improved sense of well-being, improved levels of concentration, and effectiveness. Mindfulness practices have been adopted widely in the mental health community and have additional benefits for spiritual growth. We have the opportunity to bring his expertise to Nashville Community today.
